All About Sea Turtles


Did you know sea turtles ‘cry’? Or that they can hold their breath for up to seven hours?

Unfortunately, these amazing creatures are in decline all across the world. In the Maldives and globally, the velaa (green sea turtle) is endangered, and the kahambu (hawksbill turtle) is critically endangered. To help protect them, we must first learn about them and to understand how they’re under threat from with the changes caused by to the modern world. 

Join us for a session on All About Sea Turtles to learn about their biology, why they’re important, and what YOU can do to help increase their chances of survival!
